Please include your order number, name and email address within the parcel.

Upon receiving your Sorted Food returns at our warehouse, a refund for the amount of the purchase will be issued back to you within 14 business days minus shipping costs.


Your refund will be issued to the same payment method that was used to make the original purchase. We cannot refund different accounts or credit cards. All merchandise must be returned unused.

 
We cannot accept responsibility/reimburse for any lost or damaged items so please do use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges.
